Music Builds winding up...Christmas tour...twitter!

Greetings, earthlings! It's a quiet Sunday on the road, and i wanted to check in and give some updates from our world out here. The Music Builds Tour is starting to wind down, sadly. I write this from Oklahoma City, and there are only 4 shows left! Hard to believe... it's been great in many ways. Let me count them. On second thought, i'll just list a few. The bands out here really have been great- a refreshing mutual respect, diverse evening of music, large audiences, and all for a great cause (Habitat for Humanity).

Working today. Really excited about these next songs. We made some edits, recorded some keyboards....guitars...and Dan is about to bring it on the mic.

Hey friends...

We had an incredible time on the first run of shows on the music builds tour. The crowds were all in, and we had a great set playing some new stuff. Different songs may be sprinkled into the set through the rest of the tour.

We had a great time working on our first Habitat for Humanity house in Indianapolis. Here, Charlie, Jon Foreman and I enjoy a van trip out to the site. I've got a booboo on my forehead. All better now.

Helloooooo Detroit! Tonight was lots of fun. Our first show of the tour...lots of nervous energy - yes, we still get nervous - but it's more of a hope for the connection to the audience, than anything else. All the technical aspects got sorted, so it's off and running! We've got great help from some of the crew already out on the tour.

We're proud to announce the release of our new EP Closer! Here's the scoop:

3 new songs - including the recently released as a sneak peak "Closer." A new track called "Safe to Land" and "Prisoner of Hope," which we used as end title credits to the movie "Sons of Lwala."
